Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show, will be charged the full service fee.

Please note: payment processing fees (up to 3%) are non-refundable on all full or partial refunds.
